CD2 BiTco

**CD2 BiTco** is a novel CD2-targeted costimulatory bispecific antibody developed by Evotec as part of a platform to enhance CD3 T-cell engager (TCE) therapies for cancer immunotherapy. It provides costimulatory signaling via CD2 activation on T cells, enabling effective tumor control when combined with suboptimal doses of CD3 TCEs in preclinical in vivo models. The molecule targets CD2, a cell adhesion molecule on T cells that interacts with CD58 (LFA-3) and CD48 to promote T-cell activation and proliferation, addressing limitations of standalone CD3 bispecifics by amplifying T-cell responses against solid and hematological malignancies.
