Overview

CD209 ADC is an unnamed, preclinical **CD209-directed antibody-drug conjugate** reported for acute myeloid leukemia. The construct uses an anti-CD209 antibody to target dendritic cell-specific intercellular adhesion molecule-3-grabbing non-integrin on AML cells and delivers the microtubule-disrupting payload monomethyl auristatin E. In an ASH 2025 abstract from University of California, San Francisco investigators, the MMAE-based CD209 ADC showed antigen-dependent killing of AML cell lines and primary AML samples, with reported in vitro IC50 values of 1.5 nM to 3 nM and antitumor activity in a disseminated Nomo-1 AML mouse model. No unique antibody clone, linker chemistry, sponsor development code, or INN was reported.
