CD244 ADC

CD244 ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) in preclinical development by Vor Bio for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The agent targets CD244 (also known as 2B4 or SLAMF4), a surface antigen identified through multimodal single-cell analysis as being highly and consistently expressed on AML blasts at both diagnosis and relapse. By binding to CD244, the ADC delivers a cytotoxic payload directly to the malignant cells. Preclinical validation has demonstrated potent in vitro cytotoxicity against AML cell lines, supporting its potential as a targeted therapy to address the heterogeneity and antigen escape often seen in AML.
