Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD30 biAb-AATC (CD30 bispecific antibody-armed anti-CD3-activated autologous T-cells) is an immunotherapy that combines a novel CD30 antibody conjugated to a CD3 antibody preloaded onto a patient's own T-cells. This approach harnesses the dual specificity of the bispecific antibody, the power of cellular therapy, and the safety of non-genetically modified autologous T cell infusions. The therapy is designed to target CD30-positive malignancies including Hodgkin lymphoma and various types of non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
