Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD30 CAR-T (Hebei Senlang) is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target the CD30 antigen (TNFRSF8). Developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology, the therapy utilizes the patient's own T cells, which are genetically engineered to express a CAR specific for CD30, a protein highly expressed on the surface of malignant Reed-Sternberg cells in Hodgkin's lymphoma. Upon re-infusion, these modified T cells recognize and bind to CD30-positive cells, leading to T-cell activation, expansion, and the subsequent targeted destruction of the lymphoma cells. It is primarily being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma in Phase 1/2 clinical trials.
