Overview

This is an investigational third-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting the CD30 antigen. Developed by researchers at Tongji Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's autologous T cells to express a CAR that recognizes and eliminates CD30-positive malignant cells. It is primarily being evaluated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD30-positive lymphomas, such as classical Hodgkin lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Clinical studies have explored its use both as a monotherapy and in combination with the PD-1 inhibitor camrelizumab to enhance anti-tumor activity. Manufacturing support for the product is provided by Wuhan Bio-Raid Biotechnology.
