Overview

CD30 shRNA is a short hairpin RNA (shRNA) designed to silence the expression of the CD30 (TNFRSF8) gene. In the context of activated B-cell diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (ABC-DLBCL), CD30 shRNA is used to knock down CD30 expression, which has been shown to inhibit cell proliferation and division by downregulating the ERK 1/2 and p38 MAPK signaling pathways. This research suggests that targeting CD30 via RNA interference could be a potential therapeutic strategy for DLBCL.
