CD31xITAM-2

CD31xITAM-2 is a preclinical bispecific antibody developed by Tridek-One for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The therapeutic candidate is designed to simultaneously target CD31 (Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule-1, PECAM-1), an inhibitory receptor, and a specific ITAM-bearing receptor (referred to as ITAM-2) expressed on monocytes and macrophages. By co-engaging these receptors, CD31xITAM-2 facilitates the recruitment of phosphatases to the ITAM-containing activation complex, thereby dampening pro-inflammatory signaling pathways. This approach aims to restore immune homeostasis by leveraging the natural inhibitory function of CD31 to suppress overactive myeloid cells.
