Overview

CD31xITAM-3 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody developed by Tridek-One for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. It is designed to simultaneously target CD31 (Platelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule-1, PECAM-1), an inhibitory receptor containing immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs), and ITAM-3, an activating receptor expressed on neutrophils. The antibody's mechanism of action involves agonizing CD31 to recruit inhibitory signaling pathways that counteract the activation signals from ITAM-containing receptors. This selective modulation of neutrophil activity is intended to restore immune balance and treat chronic inflammation while minimizing the risk of systemic immunosuppression.
