CD33xCD3 bispecific antibody is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Y-mAbs Therapeutics. It is designed to target CD33, a protein found on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts, and CD3, a component of the T-cell receptor complex on T cells. By simultaneously binding to both targets, the antibody aims to bring T cells into close proximity with AML cells, thereby facilitating T-cell mediated killing of the cancerous cells. It is currently being investigated in pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
