**CD40LGVAX** is an investigational cancer vaccine comprising irradiated allogeneic lung adenocarcinoma cells combined with a bystander cell line transfected with human **CD40 ligand (CD40L)** and **GM-CSF**. It activates dendritic cells to recruit and stimulate T-cell responses against tumor cells, primarily developed for **non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)**.
