CD54 ADC

CD54 ADC is an experimental antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1 (ICAM-1/CD54), which is overexpressed in cervical cancer tissues compared to normal tissues. Developed by researchers at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, the ADC consists of a CD54-specific antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic payload via a chemical linker. In preclinical studies, the ADC demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity in multiple human cervical cancer cell lines and in vivo orthotopic and lung metastatic animal models. The drug utilizes antigen-mediated endocytosis to deliver its warhead selectively to tumor cells, showing a favorable biosafety profile in early research.
