CD7 CAR-T + autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated by Zhengzhou University for the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD7-positive T-cell lymphomas. The treatment protocol integrates high-dose chemotherapy (typically the BEAM regimen) followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ASCT) to rescue the bone marrow, and the subsequent infusion of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells engineered to target the CD7 antigen. This sequential approach is intended to maximize tumor debulking through intensive conditioning while providing a targeted cellular immunotherapy to eradicate residual lymphoma cells and prevent relapse. The therapy is currently being studied in a Phase I/II clinical trial to determine the maximum tolerated dose and preliminary efficacy.
