Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CD7 CAR-T cells injection** is an investigational CD7-directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy being studied by Zhejiang University as part of a sequential treatment strategy followed by allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation. In the registered early-phase study for non-malignant blood and immune-system diseases, the product is intended for patients with hereditary bone-marrow-failure syndromes, congenital immunodeficiency, and transfusion-dependent hemoglobinopathies who have an indication for allogeneic transplantation. The CAR-T cells recognize CD7-expressing T cells, producing CD7-positive T-cell depletion before transplantation; allo-HSCT is a separate procedural component of the clinical strategy rather than an ingredient of the cell product.
