Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD70 CAR-NK is an allogeneic, gene-edited chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy. It is designed to target the CD70 protein, which is expressed on various cancer cells. This therapeutic approach aims to leverage the immune system's natural killer cells, engineered with a CAR, to specifically recognize and destroy CD70-expressing malignant cells. It is being developed for the treatment of cancer, particularly solid tumors. Nkarta and CRISPR Therapeutics are co-developing this program, and TC BioPharm has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire its proprietary manufacturing process and the therapeutic candidate.
