Overview

**CD79b-19 CAR T cells** is an investigational, autologous, bivalent CAR-T-cell therapy for adults with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Patient T cells are collected by leukapheresis, genetically modified using lentiviral gene transfer to express a CAR directed at both CD79b and CD19, and reinfused following fludarabine/cyclophosphamide lymphodepletion. Dual antigen targeting is intended to promote selective killing of malignant B cells and mitigate resistance associated with loss or reduced expression of a single target antigen. The product is being evaluated in the active Phase 1 NCT06026319 study and has not been approved for any indication. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06026319))
