This is a combination cancer vaccine composed of three synthetic peptides derived from the tumor-associated antigens CDCA1 (Cell Division Cycle Associated 1), KIF20A (Kinesin Family Member 20A), and LY6K (Lymphocyte Antigen 6 Complex Locus K). Each component is designed to stimulate an immune response against cancer cells expressing these antigens. The vaccine aims to induce cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) and helper T cell responses, thereby promoting targeted destruction of tumor cells. All three antigens are overexpressed in various cancers, including prostate, breast, head-and-neck, and esophageal cancers. This multipeptide approach seeks to enhance immunogenicity and reduce the risk of immune escape by targeting multiple essential tumor proteins simultaneously[2][5][6][7].
