Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The CDH17 biparatopic antibody drug conjugate is an investigational biologic being developed by NovaRock Biotherapeutics for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers, including colorectal, gastric, and pancreatic cancers. It utilizes a biparatopic antibody format designed to target two distinct epitopes on Cadherin-17 (CDH17), a cell-surface protein highly expressed in the gastrointestinal tract's malignant tissues but restricted in normal tissues. This dual-epitope targeting is intended to enhance internalization and the delivery of a cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells. As of 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling stage of development.
