Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CDR-505 is a bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) antibody developed by CDR-Life. It targets the KK-LC-1 peptide presented by HLA-A*01 on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T-cells, enabling potent and selective killing of KK-LC-1-positive cancer cells. This approach is designed to activate CD8+ T-cells specifically against tumors expressing the KK-LC-1/HLA-A*01 complex, expanding immunotherapy options for solid tumors in patient populations not addressed by other TCR-based therapeutics. The drug is currently in preclinical development for solid tumors[1][3][4][6].
