Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CDR101 is a preclinical-stage multispecific T-cell engager (TCE) developed by CDR-Life for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Built on the proprietary LocATE (Localization of Antibody-based T-cell Engagers) platform, CDR101 is designed to simultaneously bind to B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) on myeloma cells, while engaging the CD3 complex on T cells. This trispecific approach aims to direct T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity specifically against tumor cells while potentially neutralizing PD-L1-mediated immunosuppression, thereby enhancing the efficacy and safety profile compared to traditional bispecific T-cell engagers.
