Overview

CDR106 is a preclinical-stage T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by CDR-Life for the treatment of solid tumors. The molecule is engineered using CDR-Life's proprietary M-gager® platform, which utilizes MHC-specific antibodies to target intracellular tumor antigens that are otherwise inaccessible to conventional antibody therapies. By binding to specific peptide-MHC complexes on the surface of cancer cells and simultaneously engaging CD3 on T cells, CDR106 triggers a potent and selective immune response against the tumor. This approach aims to combine the high specificity of MHC-restricted recognition with the powerful effector functions of T cells to overcome the limitations of current immunotherapy in solid tumor environments.
