CDR209 is a T-cell engager (TCE) developed by CDR-Life using its proprietary M-gager platform. It is designed to target T-cell receptor beta variable 9 (TRBV9) and CD3 to selectively deplete pathogenic TRBV9-bearing T-cell populations. CDR209 is currently in the discovery stage for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, such as ankylosing spondylitis.
