Overview

CDR304 is a preclinical-stage T-cell engager (TCE) developed by CDR-Life for the treatment of solid tumors. It is part of the company's M-gager® platform, which utilizes MHC-specific antibodies to target intracellular tumor-associated antigens that are presented on the cell surface by Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) molecules. This approach allows the drug to target proteins that are typically inaccessible to standard antibody therapies. CDR304 is designed to simultaneously bind to a specific peptide-MHC complex on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, thereby inducing T-cell mediated cytotoxicity against the cancer cells. As of the most recent public disclosures, the specific target antigen for CDR304 remains undisclosed.
