Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CDR404 is a first-in-class, bivalent and bispecific antibody fragment-derived T-cell engager (TCE) developed by CDR-Life using its proprietary M-gager technology platform. It is designed to target solid tumors by binding bivalently to the melanoma-associated antigen 4 peptide presented on HLA-A*02:01 molecules on cancer cells and monovalently to CD3 on T-cells. This dual targeting enables selective recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes against tumor cells while sparing healthy tissues. The drug is administered intravenously and is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development for various solid tumors, including head and neck neoplasms, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer (including non-small cell lung cancer), synovial sarcoma, esophageal carcinoma (preclinical), and advanced malignant solid neoplasms[1][2][3][5][7].
