CDR609

CDR609 is a novel T cell engager (TCE) developed by CDR-Life that specifically targets **LGR5**, a highly cancer-specific surface antigen broadly expressed on common solid tumors such as colorectal, gastric, liver, and pancreatic cancers. By engaging T cells and directing them to tumor cells expressing LGR5, CDR609 is designed to leverage the body’s immune system for targeted destruction of cancer cells. It is not HLA-restricted, which offers the potential for treatment of a wide patient population. CDR609 is built on CDR-Life’s proprietary M-gager platform, which aims to minimize off-tumor toxicity through high binding specificity. The drug is currently in IND-enabling studies, intending to address tumor heterogeneity and provide a differentiated approach for patients who do not benefit from existing immunotherapies[1][2][3][4][9][10].
