Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CDR701 is an investigational, antibody-fragment-based T-cell engager (TCE) developed by CDR-Life using its proprietary M-gager® platform. It is designed to target an undisclosed cleaved tumor-associated antigen on solid tumors. By binding to both the cleaved tumor antigen on cancer cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, CDR701 recruits and activates T cells to selectively eliminate tumor cells while sparing healthy tissues. The program is currently in the discovery/preclinical stage of development for the treatment of solid tumors.
