Overview

CDX is a bispecific antibody developed by Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals, initially in collaboration with Eli Lilly. It is being developed for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), other blood cancers, and for conditioning in bone marrow transplantation. Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals has licensed intellectual property related to CDX from Eli Lilly to advance the preclinical asset towards clinical trials, including IND-enabling studies for relapsed/refractory FLT3-positive AML. Selexis is involved in developing a master cell line for its production.
