CDX-301 + CDX-1140

CDX-301 + CDX-1140 is a combination immunotherapy regimen under clinical investigation for the treatment of various solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer and other advanced malignancies. **CDX-301** is a recombinant human Flt3 ligand (FLT3L), a cytokine that stimulates and expands dendritic cell (DC) populations, especially the CD141+ subset crucial for antitumor immune responses. **CDX-1140** is a fully human, agonist monoclonal IgG2 antibody targeting CD40, a costimulatory receptor on antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells and B cells. CDX-1140 activates these cells independent of Fc receptor binding, enhancing antigen presentation and promoting antitumor immunity. When combined, CDX-301 expands the pool of dendritic cells and CDX-1140 activates them, with the aim to synergistically increase immune-mediated tumor destruction. This combination is currently being studied in early-phase (Phase 1/2) clinical trials in patients with resectable pancreatic cancer and other unresectable or metastatic solid tumors[2][3][5][6].
