CE211BR19 (also known as HYNR-CS-Allo) is an allogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy developed by Corestemchemon for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders, specifically cerebellar ataxia (CA). The therapy consists of HLA-haplo matched allogeneic MSCs administered intrathecally as a suspension. It is designed to exert neuroprotective and immunomodulatory effects, aiming to address the underlying pathology of cerebellar degeneration where treatment options are currently limited. The program is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
