CE211NS21 is an investigational allogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (Allo BM-MSC) therapy currently in preclinical development by Corestemchemon for the treatment of Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO). NMO is a rare and debilitating autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation of the optic nerve and spinal cord.
