Overview
CeaseCancer is a preclinical-stage engineered biologic developed by BIO-XL, consisting of an optimized human Klotho protein. It is specifically designed to treat pancreatic cancer by modulating tumor biology and overcoming resistance mechanisms. The protein has been engineered for improved bioavailability, efficacy, and safety compared to the native human protein. Preclinical data indicate that CeaseCancer can inhibit tumor growth and work synergistically with standard chemotherapy regimens, targeting a disease with a very low 5-year survival rate.
