Overview

ceaseRNA-BCAN-01 is a preclinical RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutic developed by Marina Biotech, with an exclusive development and commercialization agreement with Debiopharm. It is designed to treat non-muscle invasive bladder cancer by targeting and silencing beta-catenin, a protein involved in tumor growth. The RNAi oligonucleotides are delivered using SMARTICLES® liposomes to block tumor growth.
