**Cefaliv** is an oral fixed-dose antimigraine tablet marketed by Aché for acute headache attacks, including migraine. Each tablet contains dihydroergotamine mesylate 1 mg, dipyrone monohydrate 350 mg, and caffeine 100 mg. Dihydroergotamine is an ergot-derived antimigraine agent with agonist activity at serotonin 5-HT1B and 5-HT1D receptors; dipyrone provides non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic activity; and caffeine is an analgesic adjuvant that antagonizes adenosine receptors.
