**CelAgace OraRinse** is an investigational topical oral-rinse combination developed by CelaCare for oral candidiasis associated with mild-to-moderate oral mucositis, including in immunosuppressed and chemotherapy-treated patients. The formulation contains a silver citrate complex and acemannan, a purified polysaccharide extract from the inner leaf gel of *Aloe vera*. Silver citrate complex is intended to provide broad topical antimicrobial activity against yeast organisms, while acemannan is included as an oral-care and tissue-supportive component. The product has been registered in a Phase 1/2 pilot clinical study for candidiasis associated with Grade 0-II mucositis.
