The product combines **celecoxib**, a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor, with **rebamipide**, a gastroprotective agent. Celecoxib provides potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting the synthesis of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins. Rebamipide is included to mitigate the gastrointestinal risks associated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) therapy; it works by increasing gastric mucosal blood flow, stimulating the synthesis of endogenous protective prostaglandins (partly by inhibiting 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase), and scavenging free radicals.
