Overview

Cell2Cure is an allogeneic cell therapy platform utilizing adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (ASCs). Developed by the Danish biotechnology company Cell2Cure, the therapy (often designated as C2C_ASC) leverages the immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative properties of MSCs to address a variety of inflammatory and degenerative conditions. The product is derived from healthy donor adipose tissue, expanded in vitro, and administered to patients to promote tissue repair and modulate immune responses. Clinical development is currently focused on indications such as autism spectrum disorder with gastrointestinal symptoms, diabetic foot ulcers, and non-ischemic heart failure, with additional research into lung transplantation complications and ocular diseases.
