Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cell2in-MS is a preclinical mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-based therapy developed by Cell2in for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS). The therapy utilizes the proprietary FreSHtracer™ technology to identify and select MSCs with high levels of intracellular glutathione (GSH), which serves as a biomarker for enhanced stem cell potency and function. By enriching for these high-quality cells, the therapy aims to modulate oxidative stress and inflammation in the central nervous system through the Nrf2 pathway and increased glutathione production. This approach is designed to mitigate myelin damage and promote tissue repair in MS patients.
