Overview

Cellenis is a proprietary autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) preparation system used to concentrate platelets from a patient's own peripheral blood for regenerative medical applications. The system utilizes a specialized separation gel and centrifugation process to isolate a high concentration of viable platelets while significantly reducing the presence of red blood cells and pro-inflammatory granulocytes. Once prepared and injected into target tissues, the concentrated platelets undergo activation and degranulation, releasing a suite of essential growth factors including platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). These factors bind to specific cellular receptors to stimulate angiogenesis, fibroblast proliferation, and collagen synthesis. Cellenis is primarily indicated for aesthetic procedures, such as skin rejuvenation and hair restoration, as well as for orthopedic conditions including joint pain and soft tissue injuries.
