Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CellReady is an allogeneic adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (AdMSC) therapy developed by Cell-Easy in collaboration with the University Hospital, Toulouse (CHU Toulouse). It is currently being investigated in the Phase I/II A3D (Adipose Adult stem cells in Alzheimer's Disease) clinical trial for the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Administered via intravenous injection, CellReady is designed to leverage the regenerative and immunomodulatory properties of mesenchymal stem cells. The therapy aims to reduce neuroinflammation, modulate systemic and local immune responses, and promote neurogenesis, potentially addressing the underlying pathology of Alzheimer's disease and slowing cognitive decline.
