Overview
**Cellspan Bronchial Implant** is an investigational, patient-specific tissue-engineered bronchial reconstruction product developed using Harvard Apparatus Regenerative Technology's Cellframe platform. It combines a biocompatible synthetic tubular scaffold with autologous adipose-derived stem cells to create an implant intended to support in situ regeneration of bronchial tissue after surgical resection. The product is designed to permit bronchial repair and lung preservation, potentially avoiding pneumonectomy in patients with severe bronchial disease, including central lung cancer.
