CellxLife DC Vaccine (TUVAC1) is an autologous dendritic cell-based cancer vaccine developed by CellxLife for the treatment of pediatric solid tumors, including relapsed or recurrent metastatic Ewing sarcoma and osteosarcoma. The therapy utilizes the patient's own dendritic cells, which are harvested, processed, and potentially loaded with tumor-associated antigens to stimulate a robust, tumor-specific T-cell immune response upon re-administration. Following the completion of a Phase 1 clinical trial, the program is currently being prepared for Phase 2 clinical evaluation.
