Cemiplimab + platinum-doublet chemotherapy is a **combination drug regimen** used for the first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Cemiplimab is a **monoclonal antibody** that targets and inhibits the programmed cell death protein 1 (**PD-1**) on T cells, thereby enhancing immune repression of cancer cells.
