Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of cemiplimab (anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody) and isatuximab (anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody). This combination was designed to potentially enhance antitumor activity by targeting both immune checkpoint inhibition (PD-1) and CD38-expressing tumor cells. Preclinical data suggested that concurrent treatment with anti-CD38 and anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies could reduce primary tumor growth by reversing T-cell exhaustion.
