cemiplimab + platinum-based chemotherapy + REGN7075

This is an investigational combination therapy consisting of **cemiplimab** (a PD-1 monoclonal antibody), **platinum-based chemotherapy** (a category of cytotoxic chemotherapies including agents such as cisplatin or carboplatin), and **REGN7075** (a first-in-class costimulatory bispecific antibody targeting EGFR on tumors and CD28 on T cells). Cemiplimab functions as a checkpoint inhibitor by blocking the PD-1 pathway, thereby enhancing T-cell–mediated immune responses. REGN7075 bridges EGFR-expressing tumor cells to T cells by binding both EGFR and CD28, providing a costimulatory signal aimed at restoring or enhancing immune sensitivity in tumors that are typically non-immunoresponsive (“cold tumors”). Platinum-based chemotherapy induces cytotoxicity in rapidly dividing tumor cells through DNA cross-linking and damage. This combination is being investigated for treatment of advanced solid tumors, including, but not limited to, non-small cell lung cancer and microsatellite stable colorectal cancer. It is being developed and trialed primarily by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals[1][2][3][4][6][9].
