Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Cemiplimab + REGN7075** is an investigational combination therapy being studied for advanced solid tumors, particularly microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer and other cancers. Cemiplimab is a human monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), acting as a checkpoint inhibitor to facilitate endogenous anti-tumor immunity. REGN7075 is a bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously bind epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) on tumor cells and CD28 on T cells, thus providing co-stimulatory signals to T cells at the tumor site. The combination aims to synergize PD-1 blockade with direct T-cell costimulation at EGFR-positive tumors, potentially restoring or enhancing immune sensitivity in traditionally non-immunoresponsive tumors. Both agents are developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and are administered intravenously. The combination is currently under investigation in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for advanced cancers, especially in patients who are anti–PD-1/PD-L1 naïve[1][3][4][6][8].
