**CEN501** is a nasal immunotherapy kit developed by NeuCen Biomedical for treating allergic rhinitis, particularly mite-induced cases. It delivers allergens via a novel intranasal strip route to induce desensitization and improve immunity, offering advantages over subcutaneous injections or sublingual tablets including fewer side effects, lower dosing frequency, and greater patient compliance. Utilizing existing market allergens in a new administration system, it demonstrated safety and efficacy in early Taiwanese clinical trials and was planned for Phase III under US FDA IND, though development was later discontinued.[3][5][7][11]
