Overview
Cenova is a natural dietary supplement marketed by Getz Pharma, formulated as a sugar-free chewable tablet containing cranberry extract (*Vaccinium macrocarpon*), natural vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sourced from acerola cherries), and natural vitamin E (tocopherol, sourced from wheat germ). It is primarily used for the prevention and supportive management of recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs), particularly in women. The proanthocyanidins (PACs) in cranberry extract prevent *Escherichia coli* and other uropathogenic bacteria from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract. Vitamins C and E provide additional antioxidant support, boost the immune system, and promote overall tissue and skin health.
