Centi-B9 is an investigational broad-spectrum anti-coronavirus **monoclonal antibody** developed by Centivax for the treatment and prevention of COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2. It is described as a broadly neutralizing antibody directed against the **SARS-CoV-2 spike protein**, with reported activity against multiple viral variants and a formulation engineered for high stability and low viscosity at high concentration, enabling **intramuscular injection** rather than conventional intravenous infusion.
