CEP9101 is an investigational nanoparticle therapeutic developed by Porosome Therapeutics for the treatment of tumors. It utilizes the company's proprietary Porosome Nanoparticle Therapy platform, which is based on the discovery of the porosome—the universal secretory portal in cells. Porosomes are cup-shaped lipoprotein structures at the cell plasma membrane that regulate the precision release of intra-cellular contents.
