Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cevac IBron is a live attenuated monovalent veterinary vaccine developed by Ceva Animal Health for the immunization of poultry against avian infectious bronchitis. The vaccine contains a live attenuated infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) of the Georgia (GA) serotype. It is specifically designed to provide protection against multiple variant strains of IBV, including GA08, GA13, and DMV/1639/11. Indicated for healthy chickens at one day of age or older, it is administered via coarse spray or oral gel droplets. The vaccine aims to reduce broiler mortality, antibiotic usage, and respiratory-related condemnations at slaughter by preventing respiratory infections caused by these specific IBV variants.
